For professionals

Beyond the session: financial management, reports, and practice organization

FROID accompanies the professional before, during, and after the appointment — not just at session time.

In practice

A session with FROID: before, during, and after

The most legitimate objection from any therapist is: "I'm not going to trade eye contact with my patient for eye contact with a screen." FROID was designed precisely so that doesn't happen — it is glanceable and reviewable, not a monitor demanding constant attention.

Before

Setup in seconds

Patient consent recorded, standard camera and microphone. On start, the first 60 seconds calibrate the individual baseline — no technical configuration is required from the professional.

During

A glance, when it makes sense

The panel runs in the background. The therapist conducts the session normally and, whenever they want, takes a look: a discreet dissonance alert (speech and face incongruent) flags a "hot spot" to explore — without interrupting the rapport or demanding focus on the screen.

After

Report and progress, ready to go

Upon ending, FROID delivers the transcript, notes organized by time segment, and a report with average IPM, dominant zone, and recurring themes — always compared against the patient's own baseline, session after session.

Starting a session: never lose the room

When the patient joins the room and is waiting, a highlighted notice appears on the Professional Dashboards (Detailed and Summary), with an "Attend now [patient]" button. The button reopens the exact same session already created by the invite — no new invite or session is generated. The notice disappears automatically once the patient disconnects or the session ends.

Financial

Practice financial control

Each session consumes a credit tied to the professional account, with ownership-based access control — the system knows exactly who can see which report and which patient.

The receivables module tracks amounts owed and received per invite/session, with status automatically updated as payments come in.

  • Credit consumption per session completed
  • Tracking of amounts receivable and received
  • Financial status per patient and per session invite

Reports

Patient report analysis

Statistical reading of session metrics: baseline, average, latest segment, delta, and alerts.

The report contains available measurements, transcription and summaries by segment. Automatic, manual and final segments may have different durations. An unavailable measurement is not zero or normality.

Reports follow the clinical organization’s permissions. The professional reviews the report, selects the items for the patient and explicitly releases that document; saving a professional report does not publish it automatically.

Collaboration

Sharing between professionals

Clinic management

Within clinic management, the manager can invite professionals, review shared credits and quotas, and set report visibility. Restricted visibility limits professionals to assigned patients; managers and supervisors have a clinic-wide view. Shared visibility allows the clinic’s professionals to read its reports. Visibility changes are audited and do not grant access to a Psychosocial employer.

Security and responsibility

What FROID is and what it isn't

FROID is a tool to support clinical listening, with objective signals organized for reference during and after the session.

FROID is not an automated diagnostic instrument, does not replace clinical assessment, and none of its indices (IPM, IDM, dominant zone) should be used as a standalone conclusion — always alongside listening, the context of the speech, and professional judgment.

Next step

Evaluate FROID your way

Clinical adoption is a considered decision. Instead of just "sign up," choose the path that makes sense for your practice.

A clinical sign-up in this phase joins the entry program of free sessions. The tiers and the conditions are on Pricing.
