Entry program
FROID is in controlled availability and is forming its first community of real use. Whoever joins in this phase receives a batch of sessions on the house, to try the system in a real clinical routine — with speech metrics, semantic segments, reports and FROID Explains, exactly as on a contracted plan.

Enough to use FROID in real appointments and form an opinion of the system with your own clinical material.
Next 100 professionals
The same access and the same features, in a smaller batch, as the user base grows.
The spot is set at the moment of the clinical sign-up and is recorded on the account: the batch you receive does not change afterwards, however many professionals sign up next. Each account enters the queue once.
The courtesy never turns into a charge: once the batch is used up there is no credit to settle later — new sessions then depend on a contracted package, and everything already delivered stays accessible.

The package total is the amount actually charged; the reference unit price is informational and may not exactly match simple division of the total, due to per-currency rounding. Prices shown in US dollars. Billing in BRL, EUR, or CNY also available at checkout, with the value validated by Stripe. User limits include active members, invited members, and pending invitations, including the owner.

How credits work
Plans work as session credit packages: each session completed consumes one credit. No mandatory monthly fee.
Optional and transparent: depends on explicit consent, triggers only when the balance reaches zero, repurchases the same package, keeps the chosen currency, and uses the value validated by Stripe. If payment fails, a new action from the customer may be required.
Stripe is the financial authority of the purchase. FROID only releases credits after confirming the completed payment directly with Stripe — amount, currency, package, and beneficiary organization. The browser returning to FROID is not, by itself, enough to grant access; and a failed payment never releases credits.
We are in a phase of controlled availability: onboarding is guided by the FROID team, who help configure the organization, roles, and first patients. Applicable documents and acceptances are presented based on the country entered at sign-up — commercial availability can be enabled separately in each market.
A session that already took place is never refused or discarded over credit: the clinical record is always preserved. If the balance reaches zero, the session is delivered normally and recorded as pending settlement, with a notice on every visit to the dashboard.
Up to 10 sessions may stay open. On reaching that limit, starting new sessions is blocked until it is settled — everything already delivered stays accessible. When the plan is renewed, open sessions are automatically credited to FROID and deducted from the new balance, exactly once each.
