FROID NR-1 · Frequently asked questions

Clarity before, during and after the campaign.

Scope and responsibility

Is the assessment about each worker's health?

No. The NR-1 product is aimed at working conditions and psychosocial factors. It is not a clinical session or an individual diagnostic instrument.

Is administering the questionnaire enough?

The questionnaire is one source. The assessment must be contextualized with the real work and the evidence appropriate to the project. See the process.

Does subscribing to FROID transfer legal responsibility?

Not automatically. Scope and obligations are those of the contract; risk management and technical assessment remain with the organization's responsible parties.

Participation and disclosure

Does my boss receive my individual answers?

The product's presentation provides for aggregated results, not individual answers, to the employer. Check the campaign notice and the applicable policy. Understand the boundaries.

Why might a sector not have its own result?

Cuts must meet participation and protection criteria. Not disclosing a cut does not mean absence of risk, nor does it authorize deducing individual answers.

How many responses do we need?

It depends on headcount, cuts and the technical rules in force. The privacy floor and the representativeness criteria must be verified before opening; they are not treated as a single number on this page.

Does the questionnaire offer individual support?

No. The project must communicate its own support channel. The campaign does not replace health care or emergency services.

After collection

Does a difference between campaigns prove the measure worked?

Not by itself. The analysis must consider uncertainty, comparability and context. Follow-up helps review the measures, but it does not turn every variation into cause and effect.

Where do I find prices and deliverables?

In the current proposal and contract. See what to define in the scope.

Does your situation need specific analysis?
