Private clinical record
Transcript, notes and care data remain subject to the permissions of the care relationship and of the organization.
FROID Psique · Data-Froid
Data-Froid is the analytical axis of the FROID proposal: organizing eligible information to investigate patterns and support aggregated queries, without opening other people's records to the professional.
Think of a library and a librarian. Data-Froid represents the organized archive; FROID Explica helps formulate the search and consult what is available. Neither of the two turns a hypothesis into proof merely by finding similar records.
The reach of a query depends on the eligible records, the context submitted and the permissions. This page does not disclose a volume of sessions, worldwide coverage or clinical result that is not documented.
Transcript, notes and care data remain subject to the permissions of the care relationship and of the organization.
The entry of information depends on an authorized purpose, eligibility and privacy treatment. The proposal excludes raw media and the patient's verbatim transcript from the global archive.
Content retrieval and aggregated analysis support answers in FROID Explica. A query is not equivalent to unrestricted access, automatic training or therapeutic prediction.
The design of the archive contemplates de-identified syntheses, measures and technical descriptions of interventions, under the applicable contractual conditions. The proposal makes it possible to study records before and after an intervention, respecting data treatment.
A later variation does not demonstrate that the intervention caused an improvement. The term shift here describes a change to be investigated, not an automatic finding of recovery, trauma resolution or efficacy.
IPM and IDM derive from vocal measures. The seven facial families organize compatible movements in another channel. The archive does not restore the former dissonance inference nor the facial multiplier removed from the engine.
Eligible records can contribute to studying distribution, stability and differences between capture conditions. Clinical validity requires a specific evaluation. The research horizon is not a guarantee that the indices will be approved, and the accumulation of sessions does not replace a validation protocol.
The analogy with a navigation app ends at organizing information to guide one person. Here, it is not presumed that one patient's path determines another's treatment.
Analytical access must obey the documented purposes and safeguards. Replacing names with markers or hashes does not authorize presuming absolute anonymity. In this presentation, we do not equate an internal risk score with the probability of re-identification.
Review the permitted uses, the conditions for professional data and the applicable policies before contracting.
Native prompts guide the query; custom prompts adapt its focus. They do not expand permissions nor guarantee a correct answer.
